Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Yana Lantratova stated that the issue of the return of residents of the Kursk region, who found themselves in Ukraine after the invasion of the region by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has been "closed." At the same time, Governor of the Kursk region Alexander Khinshtein reported that the fate of another 320 residents of the border area remains unknown.
