On the night of March 2, the Ukrainian army attacked Novorossiysk, injuring five people, according to the region's governor Veniamin Kondratyev. According to him, a state of emergency was introduced in the city. According to preliminary data, eight apartment buildings and nine private houses, as well as a kindergarten, were damaged. According to the Telegram channel ASTRA, a fire broke out at the "Shesharis" oil terminal, one of the largest oil and oil product transshipment complexes in southern Russia. It plays a key role in export infrastructure. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, air defense forces destroyed 172 Ukrainian drones over the past night. The largest number (67) were over the Black Sea.
