State Duma Loses Communication and Internet. Even Max is Not Working

Communication and internet have been unavailable in the State Duma building for the second day. RBC and Vedomosti report on this. As State Duma deputy Mikhail Delyagin from A Just Russia wrote, due to constant internet outages, Wi-Fi is not working in the building. Both networks are gone – the public one and the password-protected one. The national messenger Max is also not working. Communist Sergey Obukhov reported that deputies' email is not working. He was supported by another member of the CPRF faction, Alexey Kurinny, who added that official telephones are not working in the Duma. Deputy Nikolai Kolomeytsev stated that "it is impossible to reach anyone." Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that the communication problems are "related to state security" and directed deputies to the chairman of the committee on information policy, Sergey Boyarsky, Vedomosti reports.
