TL;DR

Two tankers carrying Kazakh oil were attacked by drones near the Caspian Pipeline Consortium Marine Terminal in the Black Sea.
The tankers were flying the flags of Malta and Liberia.
The Matilda tanker (Malta flag) was chartered by a subsidiary of KazMunayGas.
The Delta Harmony tanker (Liberia flag) was attacked while waiting for loading.
No crew members were injured in the drone attacks.
The cargo tanks of both vessels were empty at the time of the incidents, resulting in no damage to Kazakh oil resources.
