Iran threatens Ukraine with strikes
The entire territory of Ukraine has become a "legal target" for Iranian attacks, stated the head of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Parliament, Ibrahim Azizi. "By providing support to the Zionist regime with drones, the failed Ukraine has actually become involved in the war and, according to Article 51 of the UN Charter, has turned its entire territory into a legal target for Iran," he wrote on social media X. "I will just remind you that Iran provided Russia with 'Shaheds' in 2022 and trained Russians to kill Ukrainians," stated the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andriy Kovalenko. Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine would send military experts to the Persian Gulf countries to help combat Iranian UAVs. According to him, more than 10 countries have approached Kyiv for help and expertise in countering Iranian drones. However, direct cooperation between Ukraine and Israel on UAV issues has not been publicly reported before.
