Max signs users up for Z-channels they can't unsubscribe from
Users of the state messenger Max have begun to be subscribed to channels that they cannot unsubscribe from. This was reported by participants of the Pikabu portal, noticed by Meduza. User with the nickname Kozotrah1975 published a video in which he tries to unsubscribe from the channel of propagandist Vladimir Solovyov. He repeatedly clicks the "Unsubscribe from channel" button, but nothing changes. In his post, Kozotrah1975 wrote that "Max users are getting channels that are not so easy to unsubscribe from." This information was confirmed by several other users. "Everything is fine on the phone, but on the PC version, there are really a lot of channels that I haven't subscribed to, idk where they came from. And you click unsubscribe - nothing happens, you can't delete them in any way," claims user grem17. "I was subscribed to a bunch of spam channels. I can't unsubscribe! They subscribe me again immediately. And there's no "report" button," writes Hexpl0rer. Many users point out that they have been subscribed to Z-channels. In particular, one of them has a subscription to the "Army of Russia" channel. User vikssg noted that the problem is solved in the messenger's security settings: you need to allow only your contacts to find you and invite you to chats or channels.

TL;DR
- Users of the Max messenger are being automatically subscribed to channels they did not sign up for.
- These unwanted subscriptions include Z-channels and propaganda content.
- Users are unable to unsubscribe from these channels through the standard interface.
- A workaround involves changing security settings to only allow contacts to add users to chats and channels.
