International Skating Union allows Russian and Belarusian athletes to compete under a neutral status
The International Skating Union (ISU) has partially lifted restrictions on the participation of Russian and Belarusian athletes in international competitions. The decision will take effect from the 2026/2027 season. Representatives of these countries will be able to compete in ISU-sanctioned tournaments and other international competitions under a neutral status, without state symbols. The rules also apply to coaches and support staff.
